A major incident involving at least a dozen emergency vehicles is ongoing in Plymouth. The ambulance, fire service and police are all at the scene on North Prospect Road. A witness said that there are six police cars, three ambulances, two fire engines, an emergency doctor car and an air ambulance helicopter. The incident was reported after 1.30pm this afternoon (Friday, April 11). Inrix said: "North Prospect Road in both directions blocked due to serious accident, one vehicle involved from Beacon Park Road to Furneaux Road. Traffic is coping well."
