The Lord Street site is set to open on Monday, April 14. A number of local Wingstop job advertisements have appeared on the online recruitment website Indeed. General and assistant manager roles are available at a new site listed at L24 8QB - matching New Mersey Shopping Park's address. Article continues below The ideal candidate will have six to 12 months of management experience from a hospitality, leisure or retail background. Wingstop offers staff food on shift, and 20% to 50% off when dining with friends and family and birthdays off. The job roles reads: "We’re not in the chicken business, we’re in the flavour business. Part of that is building flavourful experiences and unforgettable moments for our customers and staff alike. Nine locations were mentioned at the time, mainly in London, with recent North West arrivals including Bradford and Manchester Parrs Wood. The Lord Street restaurant will be Wingstop's first venture into Merseyside. Barriers were set up around the 3,000-square-foot unit between Caffe Nero and Tortilla in February.
