If the Reds get six points from those two games, then a win against Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield on 27 April (4.30pm kick-off) would see them crowned as Premier League champions. They would need to beat West Ham and then hope that Arsenal lose against Ipswich Town at Portman Road in the 2pm kick-off next Sunday, if that happens, then three points against Leicester would secure them the title.
