Victor Osimhen scored the opener in Galatasaray’s 5-1 thrashing of Konyaspor to qualify for the final of the Turkish Cup. The 26-year-old opened the scoring in a goal-fest semi-final held at the Torku Arena on Tuesday. Galatasaray qualified for the final four after defeating arch-rivals Fenerbahce 2-1 in the quarter-final. Osimhen scored a brace in the feisty match, which had four red cards. The semi-final was a complete cruise for the Yellow-Reds with two goals in the first half. Osimhen struck first in the 26th minute. Dries Mertens swung a curling cross into the Konyaspor goal area, and the Super Eagles striker met the ball with a powerful header that sent it straight into the top corner.
