Monday explored the fallout of a number of dramatic strands on the Cobbles. Debbie Webster is struggling with her dementia diagnosis. The fictional family has suffered a double blow as Kevin Webster has also been diagnosed with testicular cancer. ‌ Article continues below Their brother, Carl Webster, has returned to Weathefield in the wake of the diagnoses. However, his presence has caused friction with Kevin's wife, Abi, and viewers following the show on social media platform X suspect he is up to no good. The episode ended as Carl urged Debbie to be open about her dementia diagnosis as she is currently keeping it a secret. Fans are convinced he will start to blackmail his sister now that he has private information on her. Jenny said: "Will Carl now blackmail Debbie, the swine?"
