Returning to grace the dance floor will be favourites such as Dianne Buswell, Nadiya Bychkova, Amy Dowden, Karen Hauer, Katya Jones, Neil Jones, Nikita Kuzmin, Gorka Marquez, Luba Mushtuk, Jowita Przystal, Johannes Radebe, Aljaž Škorjanec, Kai Widdrington, Nancy Xu, Carlos Gu, Lauren Oakley, Michelle Tsiakkas and Vito Coppola. The show will also introduce two fresh faces in the dance troupe, with the identities of the new professionals yet to be disclosed. As usual, not every professional dancer is guaranteed a celebrity partner; the full partnering details are set to be revealed in the autumn. In anticipation of the 2025 season, Sarah James, executive producer at BBC Studios, expressed her excitement, saying: "The excitement is already building ahead of the new series and in addition to welcoming back our fantastic returning Pros, we are looking forward to welcoming two brand new professional dancers to the line up who will help bring another unforgettable series of dazzling dance and loads more besides to viewers later in 2025." Here's to another fab-u-lous series.", reports Chronicle Live. In a remarkable victory, comedian Chris McCausland and his dance partner Dianne Buswell triumphed in Strictly Come Dancing 2024. Chris made history as the first blind contestant and winner on the programme. Chris attributed his victory to Dianne and expressed it as a testament to overcoming adversity: "and for everyone out there who's got told they couldn't do something or thought they couldn't do it". He continued, "It just shows with opportunity and support and determination, anything can happen."
