OPP say a vehicle crashed into a ditch on Little Road NEWS RELEASE ONTARIO PROVINCIAL POLICE ************************ The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charge a Guelph resident with two criminal charges, stemming from a motor vehicle collision. On April 14, 2025, at approximately 4:45 p.m., members of the Wellington County OPP attended the scene of a motor vehicle landing in a ditch on Little Road within Puslinch Township. As a result of the investigation, a 58-year-old of Guelph is charged under the Criminal Code with: Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus) There were no injuries as a result of the collision. A 90-day Administrative Driver's Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Guelph on April 29, 2025.
