The management board of Liven AS, a prominent company registered under the code 12619609 and located at Telliskivi 60/5, 10412, Tallinn, has announced the date for its upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders. Set to take place on May 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM EEST, the meeting will be hosted at the company's salon office situated at the same address, specifically on the ground floor.

Registration for the meeting will commence promptly at 9:30 AM on the day of the event. To ensure an orderly meeting, the list of shareholders eligible to participate will be finalized seven days in advance, closing at the end of business on the Nasdaq CSD Estonian settlement system on May 7, 2025.

For shareholders unable to attend the meeting in person, there is an opportunity to vote on the proposed resolutions outlined in the agenda prior to the event. Voting will be open from the publication of the notice, starting on April 17, 2025, and will remain available until May 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM EEST. Shareholders can cast their votes by sending a digitally signed voting slip via email to investor@liven.ee. It is important for shareholders to use the proper voting ballot, which can be found on the Liven AGM website at investor@liven.ee. To register for the general meeting, shareholders must present identification. For individual shareholders, this means a passport or ID card. If the shareholder is represented by someone else, a valid written power of attorney must also be provided. For legal entity shareholders, identification and a written power of attorney from the authorized representative are required.

Shareholders can notify the appointment or withdrawal of a proxy via email to investor@liven.ee or by delivering the necessary documentation at the companys registered office on weekdays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM EEST prior to May 13, 2025.
