The Bargain Hunt presenter shared the heartwarming news on Instagram, revealing that she and her family had decided to adopt a cat in need after being touched by a poignant appeal. ‌ Christina collaborated with the dedicated team at the Cat Assist Team Whitchurch (CATW) to provide a loving home for the adorable cat, Sprout. Sprout's journey began when he was discovered with broken legs and unable to walk, as reported by the non-profit organisation. The CATW stepped in to care for him, and he underwent a series of treatments, including the reconstruction of both front legs using steel rods, as well as laser therapy and physiotherapy to aid his recovery. The charity continued: "Last October, Sprout strutted his way into his forever home, where he's now living his best life, being absolutely spoiled (as he should be). ‌ "Snacks? Constant. Cuddles? Mandatory. Front legs? Fully functional and ready for biscuit-making," they playfully shared. Touches your heart deeply." Another agreed: "He is absolutely gorgeous, glad he has the best home, well done to all the vets and staff too."
