“The Valley”’s Nia and Daniel Booko Don’t Have a Baby Name Picked Out Yet, But Their Eldest Son, 3, Has an Idea (Exclusive)

Nia Sanchez and Daniel Booko are brainstorming baby names ahead of their June arrival! The Valley couple, 35 and 41 years old, respectively, are expecting their fourth child. However, the expectant parents tell PEOPLE that they have yet to settle on a name for their newest family addition. "We have just over two months left, and we still don't have a name,” Sanchez told PEOPLE exclusively at the season 2 premiere for the Bravo reality show on April 10. “And we like to choose our names early as possible.” The former Miss USA adds, “So we're both kind of struggling that we don't have a name yet.” The reality stars are already parents to twins Isabelle and Zariah, 22 months, and son Asher, 3½. Booko admits they're aware that it’s crunch time, calling it “the longest” the couple has waited to pick a name. Luckily, he says, “We have narrowed it down to probably three to five.” However, he revealed the couple’s eldest child has been vocal about name suggestions for his baby sister. “Asher’s suggestion is ‘Little Dolly,’ and he is not straying away from that,” the proud father tells PEOPLE. Booko says he asks his son daily about ideas on the unborn girl's name, but Asher always tells him “No” unless it’s “Little Dolly,” which the parents say “might be a nickname.” “It's so funny, because [you have] the first pregnancy and then the second pregnancy, this pregnancy, is like, 'I forgot you're pregnant. I got three of the kids, and life is just moving so fast,' ” Booko tells PEOPLE. “We have so much stuff going on, and then it's like, ‘Oh my gosh. We don't have a name chosen yet.’ So we're trying to settle down and make sure we get those important things taken care of.” Sanchez explains that her fourth pregnancy has been completely different. “This pregnancy is really a pregnancy where I feel so at peace, because the first one was brand new, yeah, second one, we had a lot of ups and downs,” the model says. “We had really scary times with the twins, not knowing if they were going to make it or not.” In March 2023, Booko and Sanchez revealed that their then-unborn twins “were diagnosed with TAPS.” "Twin Anemia Polycythemia Sequence," Sanchez explained, naming the condition in which "blood flows unequally between twins that share a placenta (monochorionic), resulting in one fetus receiving more red blood cells than the other," according to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Speaking to PEOPLE last week, Sanchez said the couple’s fourth pregnancy “has been healthy.” “It has been happy. Of course, there's morning sickness and all that. That's normal, but I feel at peace in this pregnancy.”
