People living in Derby, Derbyshire, and across the UK can sign up with their postcode and pay £12 per month to take part in the daily draws, with 33 per cent of every ticket purchased going to charity. Those taking part can win £1,000 in the daily prize - doubling to £2,000 if players have two tickets, and trebling to £3,000 if they have three. Since it was founded in 2005, the organisation has raised more than £1 billion for good causes across the UK and continues to work closely with local community projects. A People's Postcode Lottery spokesperson said: "Each weekend, players in two postcodes get lucky and collect whopping wins with our Saturday and Sunday Street Prizes. Meanwhile, every month all players in a postcode sector pick up fantastic cheques in our Postcode Millions."
