In an unfortunate incident, a terror attack broke out in the Pahalgam hill station in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. Reportedly, over 20 tourists were shot dead by terrorists in the valley. The incident has left everyone heartbroken. Several celebrities have condemned the terrorist attack. Varun Dhawan has also joined them and called it a cowardly attack. On April 22, 2025, a horrific mass shooting unfolded at the Baisaran meadow near Pahalgam in Anantnag district, Jammu and Kashmir. Dubbed the Pahalgam Massacre of Hindu Tourists, the attack saw militants linked to The Resistance Front (TRF) open fire on a group of Hindu tourists. At least 28 people were killed, and over 20 others were injured in the deadly assault.
