<p>In the first public address after the Pahalgam attack, Prime Minister Narendra Modi vowed revenge on the terrorists and their backers. Speaking at an event in Madhubani, Bihar, Prime Minister Modi issued a stern warning to the terrorists and those backing them. Without naming anyone, the Prime Minister stated in Hindi that "<em>Mitti Mein Milane Ka Samay Agaya Hai" </em>(The time has come to reduce them to dust) before switching the warning portion of his speech from Hindi to English.
