Pair of Lannigans face charges after visit from police

They spoke with their surety, who told them they also didn’t know where the person was. Police allege the surety gave the person – who was bound by conditions to remain at their residence – a ride, then lied to police about it. Both were arrested. The person detectives were looking for during the compliance check, 26-year-old Jacob Lannigan, is charged with failure to comply with a release order – other than to attend court. The surety, 48-year-old Kyna Lannigan, is charged with failure to comply with a release order – other than to attend court and obstructing a peace officer. None of the allegations have been tested in court and the accused is considered innocent until proven guilty.
