Police are appealing for help following the death of an e-scooter rider in East Victoria Park earlier this month. A 54-year-old man was riding an e-scooter along Devenish Street on April 12, about 3.45pm, when he fell onto the road. Police say the man was sent to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment, but later died of the serious injuries he sustained in the crash.
