Even without having the UK in its release plan, Wrath of Man grossed a staggering $104 million worldwide at the global box office. Critics and viewers couldn’t agree on the film, with the former giving it 67% and the latter scoring it 90% on Rotten Tomatoes. Speaking about joining forces with Richie again, Statham told Entertainment Weekly: “This particular genre is a favorite of mine. “I love heist movies, I love revenge movies. Guy said he's got a great one up his sleeve, and it took about 30 seconds to convince me… “It's a very organic kind of way to go to work with what Guy does. He wants to change things on a daily basis, so you should look at what the story is but never get too attached with what the dialogue of the day is, because it's very much an evolving, moving type of thing. So you just turn up with an open mind and you'll succeed." Article continues below Wrath of Man airs at 9pm on Saturday, April 26, on Channel 4 and channel4.com
