Emergency services raced to Albert Royds Street at around 7:30pm on Thursday (May 1) following reports of a crash involving two vehicles. Three people were injured in the smash, with the extent of their injuries not yet known. ‌ Khizer Tayyab, 33, has been charged with failing to provide a sample for officers following the collision. ‌ Pictures from the scene showed a stranded black car in the road with damage to the bonnet and windscreen. Fire crews said in a statement three people had been transferred to the care of the North West Ambulance Service (NWAS). Join the Manchester Evening News WhatsApp group HERE In a statement today, GMP said: "Khizer Tayyab (02/10/1991) of Dean Street, Rochdale, has been bailed for having a controlled drug and driving without due care and attention and charged with failing to provide a sample."
