Stevenage 0-0 Birmingham City live: Taylor Gardner-Hickman misses a sitter

Birmingham City are on the road again at Stevenage this evening (7:45pm) as Chris Davies’ champions continue their League One lap of honour. The game at the Lamex Stadium has been crammed into Blues’ end-of-season schedule after it was postponed in March due to international call-ups. Blues have already played Stevenage twice this season, winning on both occasions, and defeated the Boro 1-0 at the Lamex back in February in the quarter-finals of the Vertu Trophy. Davies and his players are chasing records and need two more wins to break the League One points record set by Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2013/14. They defeated Burton Albion 2-1 on Easter Monday thanks to goals from Alfons Sampsted and Jay Stansfield. Stevenage, meanwhile, recorded a morale-boosting victory over Bristol Rovers but Alex Revell’s 14th-placed side have lost four of their last six matches. Alex Dicken will bring you live updates and analysis from Blues’ meeting with Stevenage…
