The boy has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Liverpool Youth Remand court on Friday. The two injured teenagers are still in hospital where they remain in a stable condition, police confirmed. A second suspect - a 15-year-old boy - has been arrested as part of the investigation and is currently being questioned by detectives in custody.
