A 50-year-old man is facing a raft of charges after an incident in Sydney’s south on Sunday. Police were called to West Botany and Spring streets, Arncliffe, at about 8.20am following reports of predatory driving. A couple told police they were walking their dog when they heard a car revving behind them. When they were narrowly missed by the vehicle, an argument ensued between the male driver and the man. After the couple then entered Riverine Park, the driver followed suit, allegedly driving at them several times and forcing them to take evasive action. The couple were unharmed but their dog was treated for a minor injury. Know the news with the 7NEWS app: Download today The driver was arrested after exiting the vehicle and taken to St George Hospital then Kogarah Police Station, where he was charged with two counts of negligent driving, two counts of stalk/intimidate, armed with intent, menacing driving, and destroy property. He was refused bail and will appear at Parramatta Bail Court on Monday.
