If you've been seeking an engaging way to contribute to the Drupal community without delving into coding, we present you with an ideal opportunity: volunteer at MidCamp 2025! This exciting event is not only a hub for knowledge sharing but also a celebration of collaboration and community spirit.

We are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals to assist with various tasks throughout the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Below are the areas where your help is needed:

Setup and Teardown

For the setup phase, volunteers will play a crucial role in preparing for the event. Tasks include getting the registration desk ready for attendees, organizing materials such as promotional hats, and setting up the rooms and walkways to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our amazing sessions.

After the event concludes, the teardown team will be responsible for reversing the setup tasks. This includes packing up materials from all rooms, tidying up the registration area, cleaning signage, and ensuring that the venue is left in pristine condition as if we had never been there.

Registration and Ticketing

During the event, we need volunteers to assist with ticket scanning, distributing programs, and addressing any questions from attendees. Your friendly demeanor can make a significant difference in creating a warm and inviting environment for everyone.

Session Monitors

As a session monitor, youll help keep track of attendance, introduce our esteemed speakers, and ensure they have everything they need to deliver their presentations successfully. Additionally, youll assist with in-room audio/visual needs by coordinating with our A/V expert.
