Adani Ports Q4 Update: Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Ltd. announced on Saturday, April 26, that the company will hold its board meeting to declare its January to March quarter results for the financial year 2024-25. India's largest private sector port operator will declare its fourth quarter results on Thursday, May 1, 2025, according to the exchange filing. Details “We would like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025,” said the company in the BSE filing. The company also informed its investors that the trading window for the stock would remain shut until 48 hours after the results announcement. After the results announcement, the Adani Ports conference call will be hosted on May 1. “We hereby inform that the Company will hold Post Results Conference Call on May 1, 2025 with investors to discuss the financial performance of the Company,” as per the BSE data. Adani Ports Dividend Along with the January to March quarter results, the company is set to consider announcing a dividend for the fourth quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year. The Board of directors have decided “to consider and recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25,” according to Adani Ports' exchange filing on Saturday. The company will announce the dividend issue on May 1, 2025. The Adani Group subsidiary has given stock market investors nearly 340 per cent returns on their investments in the last five years. However, the stock has lost 10.20 per cent in the last one-year period. The shares are trading at 0.67 per cent higher on a one-month basis. Adani Ports & SEZ shares hit their 52-week high level at ₹1,607.95 on June 3, 2024, while the 52-week low level was at ₹993.85 on November 21, 2024, according to data collected from BSE website. The data also shows that as of the market closing session on Friday, April 25, the company's market capitalisation (M-Cap) was more than ₹2.57 lakh crore.
